My Weekly Map to Keep Me Fabulous

Life is a pain in the ass. We all know this. Unfortunately, the chaos and stress can show up in the worst possible places — our faces, our clothing, our aura of fabulousness. The best way to prevent this is to be proactive. Get the jump on the chaos just by taking a bit of time each week to make certain our fabulousness is ready to go.

  1. Arch brows
  2. Facial
  3. Manicure
  4. Pedicure
  5. Body scrub
  6. Check clothes for the week (make sure hems are intact, etc.)

This is all basic stuff I can do right before I go to bed on Sunday night. I’m a whiz at arching my brows during commercials. Manicures and pedicures are done while watching shows. A few moments of time to check my clothes and shoes… And a nice, long, hot shower with yummy body scrub to get all the icky dead cells off of me right before bed… The perfect end to the weekend!
